A long lasting paint job is determined by the preparation. We start by thoroughly cleaning and if needed, pressure washing the exterior to remove dirt and mildew. Defective caulk and old paint is then removed followed by rotted wood which is replaced and then primed. Gaps are caulked with a powerful long lasting sealant. Hardware and light fixtures, which are not to be painted are removed or protected, windows and other non painted surfaces are covered along with your plants and landscaping.

We won't lie - painting is easiest when your rooms are empty.  There's less to prep and nothing to workaround, which lets us move a little faster.  We're happy to work around your furniture and belongings, too, and we take great care when moving your things and covering them up to keep the paint on your walls, where it's supposed to go.  We'll work in sections, masking as we go and minimizing the disruption while getting your paint up quickly, cleanly, and evenly.
